Covid19 update - we are open with a limited daily product offering - next shipping day fri 5th june
Please allow extra time for deliveries to arrive - Royal Mail 1st class possible delays - estimated 1-3 days.
We continue to monitor trading on a weekly basis
We are a small online business and as such are very fortunate to be able to continue operating. How long this will be the case remains to be seen, but we will continue to follow Government guidelines and at some point in the future may well temporarily close for the safety of ourselves, customers and delivery partners. Our priority is keeping everyone healthy and connected during this time of uncertainty.
Of course we all understand that cookies and brownies are not essential food stuffs, but judging by the many messages and emails thanking us for remaining open, it's a really important way for you all to keep connected to your loved ones.
Royal Mail are currently still delivering, although there may be disruption in the weeks and months ahead. Delays may occur with deliveries to some areas.
**update from the Post Office 17.04.2020
"We are working hard with Royal Mail to continue to keep the UK's mail moving in unprecedented times. Despite our best endeavours, we continue to experience unplanned Post Office Branch closures or reduced opening hours due to coronavirus-related absences. Additionally, some areas of the country will experience a reduction in delivery service levels. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and ask that you please bear with us."
*update - next day deliveries are still running but with the guaranteed by 1pm omitted. Royal Mail continue to prioritise special deliveries.
We've had to make some temporary changes to our daily operations. These include not taking pre orders and reducing the product offering to streamline our systems so everyone can get their orders in a reasonable time frame.
Subscriptions remain under constant review but may be subject to a pause if we temporarily close. We'll of course keep you updated and will try and give you as much notice as we can.
I'd very much like to thank you all for your support during these challenging times and if you have any question please contact me or message on social.
