We aim to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 10.00am otherwise orders will be dispatched next working day from the date of ordering or requested date (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays when they will be sent on the next working day). orders received on a Friday after 10.00am will be dispatched the following Monday. 

 

Choosing a delivery date and preordering

If you'd like your order to arrive on a particular date then please just let us know either in the message box during checkout (see example image below), hit the 'message us' icon or email.

Please note 1st class shipping is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date or time. 

DPD Next Day tracked service is recommended for delivery date requests as it is far more accurate

You can order anytime in advance, we will ship your order in a timely manner according to your chosen shipping method.

Delivery Pricing & Info

Royal Mail 1st class Delivery from £3.95 - estimated 1-3 days from being dispatched - including N.Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands. Allow extra time to remote areas.

DPD Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) from £4.50 - order before 10am - signature required -  Mainland UK only - excludes Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. ~ strongly recommended for pre orders & important delivery dates!

 

Daily order cut off time is 10:00am Mon-Fri - orders after this time will be shipped the following working day.

e.g. If you order on a Friday after 10:00am your order will ship on Monday for delivery Tuesday/Weds/Thurs depending on option chosen at checkout.  

Guaranteed Saturday Deliveries via Royal Mail:

•  Saturday Delivery  - < 1kg  £13.75

•  Saturday Delivery  - 1-2kg  £16.50

 Signature Required  

 

•  Orders can only currently be sent to one address per transaction. If you'd like to send to multiple addresses please get in touch, we can definitely help with that!

**We can't be held responsible for any non-delivery or delay that is caused by a third party delivery service (including the weather)** but if your delivery doesn't arrive for any reason, please let us know & we'll try and help.
