ARE THE BROWNIES GLUTEN FREE?
All our brownies are made with gluten free flour and are suitable for a low gluten diet, we do use wheat flour in some of our other products in the same kitchen, so we wouldn’t want to claim that they are totally gluten free. Additional toppings (like our cookie brownie) may contain gluten so please check the allergy information on our product descriptions.
HOW DO I ADD A MESSAGE?
If you'd like to add a hand written note to your box you can write a message in the messaging box in the cart section. Space is limited to 120 characters (about the size of a credit card) so brief and beautiful is best. Greetings card are also available!
SHIPPING OPTIONS - WHICH IS BEST?
• If a specific delivery date is important choose DPD 24hr delivery
• If the delivery date isn't as important Royal Mail 1st class may suit you.
Daily order cut off time is 10:00am Mon-Fri - orders after this time will be shipped the following working day. eg If you order on a Friday after 10:00am your order will ship on Monday for delivery Tuesday/Weds/Thurs depending on option chosen at checkout.

CAN I REQUEST A DELIVERY DATE OR PREORDER?
If you'd like your order to arrive on a particular date then please choose a date request from the date picker in the cart section.
DPD 24hr tracked service is strongly recommended for delivery date requests and important dates due to it's increased accuracy.
Please note we can't guarantee a delivery date if choosing 1st class shipping. 1st class is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date or time.
You can order anytime in advance, we will ship your order in a timely manner according to your chosen shipping method.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Not currently available.
IT'S A GIFT, WILL THERE BE A RECEIPT IN THE BOX?
No receipts or invoices are included in any order, they are only emailed to the person placing the order.
DO THE GIFT BOXES FIT THROUGH A LETTERBOX?
No unfortunately not through standard sized boxes, but as they are sent via Royal Mail they are easy to collect from a local post office if a delivery is missed. All orders have a 'perishable' label on so the recipient knows to collect as soon as they can.
CAN I SWAP FLAVOURS?
Yes you can swap flavours, add your request in the message box at checkout or contact me on social, email or use the messaging icon. Subject to availability but I'll try my best.
HOW LONG DO THE TREATS KEEP FOR?
Our brownies and cookies are at their best for 7 days in a fridge and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Best serve at room temperature or warmed up!
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE CAN I USE IT?
You can add your discount code at checkout, on a mobile phone click 'view order summary' to access the discount code box. On tablets or desktops the discount code box is in the right hand panel during 'add shipping details' at checkout.
WHAT ALLERGENS ARE THERE IN THE BROWNIES & COOKIES?
All our brownies and cookies contain milk, eggs, soya sometimes nuts and gluten too as our kitchen is not nut or wheat free. Be sure to check each product page for further information and feel free to contact us with any questions.
ARE THE BROWNIES SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS OR VEGANS?
We have brownies for both vegetarians and vegans. Availability may vary throughout the year.
