ARE THE BROWNIES GLUTEN FREE?
All our brownies are made with gluten free flour and are suitable for a low gluten diet, we do use wheat flour in some of our other products in the same kitchen, so we wouldn’t want to claim that they are totally gluten free. Additional toppings (like our cookie brownie) may contain gluten so please check the allergy information on our product descriptions.
HOW DO I ADD A MESSAGE?
If you'd like to add a hand written note to your box you can write a message in the messaging box in the cart section. Space is limited to 120 characters (about the size of a credit card) so brief and beautiful is best.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We use Royal Mail to get your brownies to you, you can choose from:
First Class Delivery > 1kg £3.75 - 1-2 days from dispatch not guaranteed
First Class Delivery 1-2kg £5.75 - 1-2 days from dispatch not guaranteed
First Class Delivery 2-10kg £8.95 - 1-2 days from dispatch not guaranteed
(First class orders received before 12.30pm are dispatched same working day)
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery > 1kg £8.75 - orders before 12.30pm
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery 1-2kg £11.00 - orders before 12.30pm
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery 2-10kg £26.60 - orders before 12.30pm
Free Standard Shipping on orders over £65.00 (excludes subscription box products).
All orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 12.30pm (Excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Otherwise orders will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received after 12.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE?
If you'd like your order to arrive on a particular date then please just let us know either in the message box during checkout (see example image below), hit the 'message us' icon or email. I'll do my best to get it delivered on or as close as possible (before) your chosen date.

Why not place your order in advance? Then you can leave all the hard work to us.
HOW DO I PRE ORDER A DELIVERY?
You can pre order at anytime. Order as you would normally via the website, choose your shipping option at checkout and either add your requested delivery date below your gift message (in the cart section) or drop me a message on social or email.
Please note Royal Mail 1st class postage is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific day or time. Usually 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm is available.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Collection is possible, but is by appointment only - if you'd like to collect please message or email prior to ordering.
IT'S A GIFT, WILL THERE BE A RECEIPT IN THE BOX?
No receipts or invoices are included in any order, they are only emailed to the person placing the order.
DO THE GIFT BOXES FIT THROUGH A LETTERBOX?
No unfortunately not, but as they are sent via Royal Mail they are easy to collect from a local post office if a delivery is missed. All orders have a 'perishable' label on so the recipient knows to collect as soon as they can.
CAN I SWAP FLAVOURS?
Yes you can swap flavours, add your request in the message box at checkout or contact me on social, email or use the messaging icon. Subject to availability but I'll try my best.
HOW LONG DO THE BROWNIES KEEP FOR?
Our brownies are at their best for 7 days at room temperature, 14 days in the fridge, and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Best stored in an airtight container and served at ambient temperature.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE CAN I USE IT?
You can add your discount code at checkout, on a mobile phone click 'view order summary' to access the discount code box. On tablets or desktops the discount code box is in the right hand panel during 'add shipping details' at checkout.
WHAT ALLERGENS ARE THERE IN THE BROWNIES?
All our brownies contain milk, eggs, soya sometimes nuts and gluten too as our kitchen is not nut or wheat free.
ARE THE BROWNIES SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS OR VEGANS?
We have brownies for both vegetarians and vegans.
I WANT TO PURCHASE BROWNIE BOXES FOR AN EVENT, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Absolutely. All flavours are available as well as bespoke portion sizes and quantities. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you're looking for.
CAN I SEND ORDERS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
You can, you'll need to contact us to arrange delivery and get a customised invoice.
