Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can manage your monthly subscriptions from your account. Swap products, skip a month, reschedule delivery dates and cancel at any time. There are no contracts and no commitments with a monthly plan.
3, 6 and 12 Monthly and Gift Subscriptions
With a 6 or 12 month subscription you can opt out at the end of your plan from your account. If you don't opt out or cancel you will be rebilled for another subscription plan. Please read More details...
When will I get my box?
We'll process your first box once you've checked out, it'll usually take 2-3 days to arrive from dispatch. The next months boxes will be around the same date unless you reschedule a new delivery date from your account.
All brownie subscription boxes are sent via Royal Mail UK only (includes Northern Ireland).
It isn't a tracked service but does have a reference number to check if it has been delivered.
What date will I be charged?
You will usually be charged around the same date you checked out on. This can vary slightly on occasions if it is near the end of a month or bank holidays etc.
All Subscriptions (excluding Gift Subscriptions) are renewable. If you purchased a Monthly Subscription we charge you on the date you checked out on for each month's box at the product price plus shipping.
If you purchased a 6 or 12 Month subscription and you have not opted out of the renewal for your subscription you will be billed for another 6 or 12 months on the same date (or close to) of the month following your final box.
How do Gift Subscriptions differ from the others?
Gift subscriptions automatically cancel at the end of the subscription. All other subscriptions have recurring charges.
What about returns?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we can't accept any returns.
How long will the brownies last?
The brownies will keep for at least 10 days in the fridge or 5 days ambient. You can also freeze them (well wrapped) for up to 3 months.
