Brownies and cookies will keep for up to 7 days and are best stored in the fridge. You can also freeze them, well wrapped, for up to 3 months. Storage instructions are provided.

3. We'll dispatch your order the day before your chosen date (or Friday if it's for a Monday) via our fully tracked DPD shipping service*

• UK Mainland only - choose Royal Mail 1st class for channel islands and N. Ireland, this will be an estimated 2-4 day untracked service.

*DPD may deliver outside of your chosen date if they experience disruption to their service - this is very rare but does happen on occasion, The Bakehouse cannot be held responsible for third party shipping issues, although we'll help wherever we can.

Orders before 10.00am for Next Day delivery Mon-Fri

You can order anytime in advance, we will ship your order in a timely manner according to your chosen shipping method. 

DPD 24hr tracked service is recommended for pre ordering & delivery date requests due to it's increased accuracy.

Daily order cut off time is 10:00am Mon-Fri - orders after this time will be shipped the following working day. eg If you order on a Friday after 10:00am your order will ship on Monday for delivery Tuesday/Weds/Thurs depending on option chosen at checkout. 

Each of our gift messages are hand written on a kraft gift tag in white ink. If you'd like to add a personal note to your brownie boxes you can write a message in the messaging box in the cart section. Space is limited to 120 characters on the gift tag (about the size of a credit card).
